Christmas FM is returning to the airwaves on the 28th of November to “help lift the spirits of the nation.”
Christmas FM is a family of Christmas Radio stations, broadcast online worldwide, and on FM in Ireland for 30 days every Christmas season.
Christmas FM will air for listeners in Limerick on the radio frequency, 105.5fm.
The festive radio station will “Give the Gift of Home,” by fundraising for the charity ALONE, which helps elderly people to age in their own homes.

Seán Moynihan, CEO of ALONE said, “We are incredibly honoured and excited to be the charity partner for Christmas FM this year.”
The “Give the Gift of Home,” campaign wants to raise necessary funds to enable older people to stay in their homes for as long as they wish.
He added, “We want everyone’s house to be a home and we hope we can achieve this through our Christmas FM partnership this year.
“Our “Give the Gift of Home” campaign in partnership with Christmas FM will enable them to provide support coordination to older people across Ireland, keeping them secure and safe in their own homes,”
Cadbury, Coca Cola and An Post will also sponsor Christmas FM in 2020.
To date, Christmas FM has raised over €1,250,000 for Irish charities.
