Details of Castletroy College’s long awaited Autumn/Winter fashion event have been announced.
One hundred Castletroy College transition year students, plus staff, will take to the catwalk on Thursday, November 23, in Castletroy Park Hotel for their long awaited fashion show.
The event, which has been running since 2007, will see over 300 attendees supporting those involved in the event, and the school itself. The highly anticipated fashion show has seen great success in previous years and has become an event the entire community eagerly awaits each year.
Along with the students, there will also be models from the Hilary Thompson Modelling Agency walking the runway.
The event will commence at 7pm with a prosecco reception for guests.
Models will showcase the latest season of designs, which will become available in shops across Limerick.
Some of the brands on display will be Ivory Lane, Joanne’s Frocks, Caroline Mitchell, Pamella Scott, Paco, Tony Connolly, Esquire, Tailor of Blue, Meadows & Byrnes, Ber McNamara, Marion Murphy Cooney, Sinead’s Boutique, and more.
Hairdressers from Velvet Hair Salon will help out backstage, alongside makeup by Catherine Hickey.
Lidl Castletroy are the main sponsors of the event, along with all the support from local fashion houses.
Spot prizes on the night include a 48” LED flat screen television from Sean Hennessy Electrical Superstores.
The best dressed lady is sponsored by Lloyds Pharmacy Castletroy, and best dressed man is sponsored by Castletroy Golf Club.
All proceeds from the event will be used to support present and future generations of Castletroy College students.
