Junior Brother announces Irish tour with Limerick stop-off

The tour sees dates in Dublin, Limerick, and Clonakilty.

Irish artist Junior Brother has announed a slew of tour dates around the country towards the end of 2023. The artist will bring his unique folk style to Dolan’s in Limerick on December 17, Whelan’s in Dublin on December 23, and De Barra’s in Clonakilty on December 28.

While the musician is supporting Mick Flannery on his tour around Ireland in February of 2024, Junior Brother – real name Ronan Kealy – has decided to greet fans on a three stop mini-tour of the country ahead of time.

Announcing the tour, Junior Brother took to social media, saying: “DUBLIN, LIMERICK, CLONAKILTY – Delighted to tell ye I’m doing an run of shows inside you all, this December – including a Big FULL BAND SHOW in @whelanslive Dec 23rd.

“Tickets will be onsale TOMORROW at 10am – New things are upon dat horizon – Once the time comes, act quick – For you never really love a ticket, until the ticket you love is gone. Link in Bio – Love to all x” 

Kealy’s Limeirck date is being facilitated by Seoda Shows, the Limerick based production company, and will take place in the upstairs portion of Dolan’s – a beautifully intimate setting.

Tickets for the three exciting gigs will go on sale tomorrow, October 13, at 10am.
