Despite plans for the highly anticipated Opera Square site to be completed in 2027, a lucky number of the Limerick public will get a preview of the project this weekend
Developers of Opera Square, which is a joint project carried out by Limerick Twenty Thirty and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, have invited members of the public to view the site for the first time since building commenced, nine months ago.
The viewing, which will take place on Saturday, November 9 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, will allow the public to observe the project and experience a briefing from the Limerick Twenty Thirty’s Project Management Team.
Talking about the project and the viewing opportunity, CEO of Limerick Twenty Thirty David Conway said: “Every person, without fail, who comes in here for the first time is
amazed at the vastness and, indeed, at the level of works going on. The One Opera Square project has been a perfect example of this.”
“It’s six storeys above ground and won’t be the tallest build by any sense, with the 14-storey Bank Place project towering over it. Yet its scale and the speed with which it has gone up is so impressive.”
Members of the public who wish to view the site are asked to book online with Limerick Twenty Thirty via their website or by email, info@limerick2030.ie.
