More incredible acts added to Thomond Park’s 2024 concert run

Scottish musician, Paolo Nutini, has just announced his return to Limerick in 2024, for his only Irish gig next year.

Limerick is set for a star studded 2024 as more and more concert announcements pour in.

In November, Dolan’s announced Johnny Marr, co-founder of The Smiths, would be playing Limerick’s Milk Market through their ‘Live at the Big Top’ series. This sparked a flood of stellar gig announcements for Summer 2024.

Between Dolan’s and MCD – music lovers throughout the Treaty City are already feeling the pinch in their pocket as these announcements come thick and fast.

Thomond Park welcomes Snow Patrol, Liam Gallagher, and Paolo Nutini – all within a three day span in July 2024.

Snow Patrol have brought on board opening act Kingfishr, a band from Limerick, on July 12, while Liam Gallagher brings his 30 years of Definitely Maybe tour to the rugby grounds on July 14 – with special guests/opening acts to be announced.

Earlier today, Paolo Nutini announced his only Irish show of 2024 for July 13 in Limerick. Special guests have yet to be announced.

Also playing Limerick in 2024, Dolan’s have announced Jake Bugg’s Warehouse date on June 22, The Stunning with special guests Frank And Walters at King John’s Castle on June 29, and James Blunt ‘Live at the Docklands’ on August 25.

As articles and advertisements about Limerick City’s prominence in Ireland’s cultural scene have come out over the last few days – these announcements only drive home this point even further!
