From street parties to fashion shows and fireworks, Riverfest 2025 in Limerick promises unforgettable nights out for adults
Riverfest 2025 will be taking place in Limerick from Friday, 2 May to Monday, 5 May.
Although there is an abundance of activities on offer to cater to all the family, there are also a bunch of events taking place that are more suitable for an older audience.
Riverfest Street Parties
Riverfest 2025 will be hosting some fantastic street parties along Honan’s Quay. On Saturday and Sunday, from 6 pm to 10 pm, live DJs will get the party started.
Riverfestival Village
Arthur’s Quay Park will be a great place for a night out with friends and loved ones. From Friday to Monday, food trucks, carnival rides, and live shows will take place there.
Fashionfest
Limerick’s talented designers will be showcasing their style on Friday from 6 PM at Gardens International. This is the perfect event for anyone interested in their style!
Panoramic Wheel
From April 25th to May 5, there will be a Panoramic Wheel at the Potato Market, offering stunning 360-degree views of Limerick’s skyline.
Musical Entertainment
There will be live shows at King John’s Castle throughout the Riverfest festival, including Qween: It’s a Kinda Queen, David Gray and The Coronas.
Fireworks Display
On Sunday night, the Riverfest Spectacular Fireworks Display will light up the night sky at 10:15 PM. Crowds can gather along the river to witness the celebrations.
Regeneron Great Limerick Run
The Regeneron Great Limerick Run 2025 will be taking place on May 4 2025. Participants will have the opportunity to race in a Full Marathon, a Relay Marathon, a Half Marathon and a 6-mile race.
