General Election: Count Twelve Eliminates Beasley and leaves Quinlivan 50 votes from the line

Count twelve has been released in Limerick City. No candidates have reached the quota in this count.

Maurice Quinlivan (SF) is only 50 votes away from getting a seat in the Dáil after receiving 27 votes from Willie O’Dea’s surplus in this count leaving him with 8,385 votes.

Conor Sheehan (LAB) still leads for the fourth seat with 4,250 votes but not far behind is Elisa O’Donovan with 4,201 votes.

Sarah Beasley (AON) has been eliminated after receiving the lowest number of votes of 3,460. These votes will now be transferred to the remaining four candidates.
