Week five of the workout challenge with The Limerick Voice

Week five, and the final week, of our lockdown workouts with Limerick-based fitness instructor Anto McDonald.

For the past few weeks during lockdown, Anto will design a different set of exercises to help you through the lockdown period.

Instructions:

50 squats 40, 30, 20, 10
10 sit-ups 8, 6, 4, 2

50 Mt climbers 40, 30, 20, 10
10 push-ups. 8, 6, 4, 2

50 high knees 40, 30, 20, 10
10 triceps 8, 6, 4, 2

50 kickbacks 40, 30, 20, 10
10 arm Curls to shoulder press8,6,4, 2

10,8, 6,4,2 burpees
10, 8,6,4,2 step ups or lunges
