Limerick Chamber Chief Executive is set to leave his post seven months after taking up the role.
Raheen native, Donnacha Hurley, is leaving the Limerick organisation to return to the hospitality sector, taking up the role of General Manager at the Strand Hotel.
Mr Hurley joined Limerick Chamber as Chief Executive in March of this year and worked closely with the Chamber’s board and stakeholders during his time in the position.
Mr Hurley said, “I am grateful for my time with Limerick Chamber and wish the team, board and members every success for the future.”
“Hospitality has been an important part of my career, and the opportunity to return to the sector as general manager of the Strand Hotel is one, I am very excited to take up.”
Chamber President, Maria Gleeson, said “Donnacha will remain an important part of the Limerick business community, and we look forward to continuing to work with him.”
