In conjunction with O’Neills, Limerick GAA have revealed their new kit that will be worn throughout the 2027 season.
LIMERICK are one of many teams across a range of sports to take elements from their historical kits and give them a modern twist.
It is a mostly familiar green shirt with white shorts and socks. The shirt features a darker shade of green running along the sleeves and the shoulders, in contrast with the brighter green used elsewhere.
This darker green could be seen in Limerick kits from years gone by, particularly in the 2000s and 2010s.
The sleeves also feature a depiction of the Treaty Stone, as do the shorts on either side. As has been the case since 2019, this shirt also does not feature a sponsor on the front.
O’Neills’ three stripes are featured on either side and run partially up the shirt from the bottom, meeting with the stripes on the shorts
The kit went on sale Friday, November 6, at Gleeson’s Sport Scene and O’Neills’ online store.
