NA PIARSAIGH will face Kilmallock in the 2026 Limerick County Senior Hurling Championship final after both sides came through their semi-final clashes.

Kilmallock booked their place in the decider with a 2-19 to 2-17 victory over Monaleen in a closely contested encounter on Sunday, October 11, at the TUS Gaelic Grounds.

Second-half goals from Oisín O’Reilly and Pierce Connery proved crucial for the Balbec, who will contest their first county final since 2022.

Kilmallock captain Graeme Mulcahy contributed three points from play during the victory.

Reigning champions Na Piarsaigh also secured their place in the final, defeating Doon 2-24 to 3-16.

Na Piarsaigh had led for much of the contest before Dean Coleman’s second goal put Doon ahead with five minutes remaining.

However, the Caherdavin side responded immediately, with substitute Kevin Downes finding the net. Downes finished with 1-3 after making a significant impact off the bench.

Na Piarsaigh will now look to defend their title against a Kilmallock side aiming to claim their first county championship since 2020.

The Whitebox Senior Hurling Championship will take place on the weekend of October 24/25.
