Limerick Sports Partnership have cancelled all programmes scheduled for Friday, 3 October, they have shared on their Instagram.
This is due to adverse weather conditions, and in the interest of health and safety.
Storm Amy is the first named storm of the new storm season and is expected to affect Ireland from Friday, 3 October.
Met Éireann has issued a status yellow wind warning for the whole country from Friday, 3 October at 12pm until Saturday, 4 October at 12am.
