“The energy was high” at Michael Henry’s psychic show at The Heights Hotel in Killarney on Friday night.

Henry’s show has taken place all around Ireland, namely in Limerick just the night before. His performance not only showcased his psychic abilities but provided a good laugh for everyone, too. The combination of both really helped to uphold the positive atmosphere.

The show began with Henry explaining how the “psychic phenomenon” works. He does not believe that it is a “gift”, but that “it is an ability that we all have.”

He went on to explain that the process “works on energy” and that the energy pulls him in a certain direction, towards people whose loved ones are coming through to him.

Kathleen Heffernan was the first person who Henry was drawn to, and was a self-proclaimed “sceptic” before attending his show.

“He had a lot to say”, including the name of her late sister Mary. He also knew about the tattoo she had gotten in memory of Mary. According to Ms. Heffernan, “he could not have known any of that” before their encounter that evening.

She feels that after her experience with Henry, she is “pushed a bit more in the direction” of believing in psychic abilities and communication with those who have passed.

Henry felt that “the energy was high” in the room that night, which makes it much easier for messages to come through to him. He insists that when the energy is low, it can be more difficult, comparing the process to baking a cake. “If you go to the wrong person at the start, it can be quite flat”, he joked.

When asked how he receives these messages, whether they are visual, audible, or a combination of both, he said it is more of a “knowing” than seeing or hearing.

He left the audience with a reassuring message that seeing your loved ones in a dream is not just “your imagination, [it] is a visitation.” The show was a mix of tears and laughs which made for a memorable experience for all.
