UNIVERSITY Concert Hall (UCH) has been nominated for the chance to retain their Customer Experience Excellence Award this year, marking its third year of nomination.
Limerick Chamber have confirmed the shortlist of businesses based in the Mid-West of Ireland for its 15th annual Regional Business Award this morning.
UCH at the University of Limerick, the winner of the Customer Experience Excellence Award 2025, is the only business to be nominated with the chance to retain its award this year.
There are eight categorised awards to be won, with a shortlist of three businesses nominated per award. Some of the categories include Best Emerging Business Award, Best Not-for-Profit Award, and Customer Experience Excellence Award. There is also an award for the best overall business.
Programming and Business Development Manager Jennifer Flewett has called the nomination a “fantastic recognition for UCH”. She highlighted the work put in “to make the venue as accessible as we can for everybody”. She also credited the team for their continued success. “We all work really hard and we make the customer experience as good as we can for everyone”.
Marie Gleeson, the President of Limerick Chamber has given praise to all the nominees, saying; “What stands out each year is the breadth of talent and enterprise across the Mid-West”.
The Chair of the independent judging panel, Tomás Serovich, has also commented, “The calibre of entries this year was exceptionally high, making the judges’ task of selecting the finalists particularly challenging. The shortlisted organisations represent the very best of business excellence across the region and should be extremely proud of their achievements.”
The awards will take place a month from now, on Friday, November 13 at the Limerick Strand Hotel.
